By accessing this Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PRCE provides land surveying, aerial (drone) data collection, GIS and mapping, geotechnical investigation, material testing and engineering consultancy services. The precise scope of work, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, work order, quotation or agreement mutually agreed between PRCE and the client. In case of any conflict, the terms of that specific agreement shall prevail over these Terms.
Fees are quoted on a per-project basis and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes including Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payment terms, advance requirements and milestone schedules are as specified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Invoices are payable within the period mentioned on the invoice. Online payments made through the Website or payment links are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
The client shall provide accurate information and timely access to sites, records, drawings, statutory approvals and any other inputs reasonably required for PRCE to perform the services. PRCE shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs or deficiencies in deliverables arising from incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information, or from restricted site access, provided by the client or third parties.
All surveys, reports, drawings, test results and recommendations are prepared with reasonable skill and care in accordance with prevailing engineering practice and the data available at the time of the assignment. Field and laboratory results relate only to the specific samples, locations and conditions examined. Any interpretation or use of deliverables beyond the agreed scope and purpose is at the client's own risk.
Reports, drawings, maps, datasets and documents prepared by PRCE are provided to the client for the specific project and purpose agreed. They may not be copied, altered, reproduced or used for any other project or by any third party without the prior written consent of PRCE. All content on this Website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of PRCE and is protected by applicable laws.
Each party shall keep confidential the non-public information disclosed by the other in the course of an engagement and use it only for the purpose of performing the services, except where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRCE's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total professional fees actually received by PRCE for that engagement. PRCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from causes beyond its reasonable control.

PRCE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural calamities, government action, strikes, or disruptions to power, transport or communications.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
